Yanbaihui (Evelyn) Liu

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the General Robotics Lab at Duke University, advised by Dr. Boyuan Chen. My research lies at the intersection of multimodal sensing and robotics, specifically developing intelligent systems that integrate diverse sensory inputs—such as vision, audio, and tactile feedback—to enable adaptive and robust robotic behaviors in complex environments.

Before joining Duke, I earned an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Michigan, where I worked with Dr. Maani Ghaffari in CURLY Lab. I also hold a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
